Rich and Poor Breathe the Air

by Wendy Buckleman
A Daily Lyric Poem, concerning our place in existence, that was inspired by the news of the morning. Thank You.
"Rich and Poor Breathe the Air"

The past shifts in illusion
The future is all that is created but the past
Is a scheduled by the finders
And their names are deaf and blind

So as you consume your diet
Of leisure as you are prescribed to be
Able to meld in the melting
Of American homogeny

Comfort to the masses of this world's wealth
America has a reputation for promoting health
Like with the first ones in New England Colonies
The babies lived and the old ones longer did breathe

Rumors die hard cause they are true
Or once were and we hate the losing
Of the more and the less in sweet anger
And the happiness of old memories

Everyone look to your asking
Touch all regions follow your bliss
Make aim at the who humanity is
What's good for all is worth the risk
