Lennar BVHP LLC - thirty percent increase in breathing and other problems with children.

Over twenty five percent of the children living in San Francisco live in the Southeast Sector - a large area of that comprises the Bayview Hunters Point.

From the inception of this quest to confront Lennar BVHP LLC when we all came to know about the adverse impacts from Toxic Dust and Asbestos Dust - innocent children have been our focus and continues to be our focus.

I have said from the start of our Movement that has gathered so many from various walks of life - we have Samoans, Latinos, Whites, African American, Asians, others all working together.

I have said so many times - it is because of the children - and because it is so - we all must work as a team to best protect our children because they cannot protect themselves.

The children keep us honest but the children also talk to me and request me to bring about some progress to better their lives and their health.

At this time our children are suffering and the authorities think they are not - and that is a shame.

When the increase in health problems especially affecting breathing among children is on the increase over thirty percent - the various Regulatory Agencies - local, State, and Federal must do something. Time is of essence. This is a Health and Safety issues and the issues come first when we set our priorities.

The contrary is true when it comes to looking at the proper and correct data - the local, State, and Federal Agencies are getting ready to release a statement that all want to jump on and proclaim on top of the roof tops - that was is said is correct when it is not.

The FALSE statement will state there is nothing wrong in the Bayview Hunters Point and especially Parcel A. No long term affects linked to health of the constituents living in and around Parcel A and that is a LIE.

It is a shame when crooks do wrong and keep wrong data.

Then it is a CRIME for local, State and Federal agencies to then use this false data to make a finite statement when all the time these crooked officials know that what they are doing is wrong and adversely impacts the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point and the community at large all over San Francisco.

The San Francisco Unified School District is in a unique position to lay the bare facts. And it is also in the position to reveal to Bevan Dufty, Michela Alioto-Pier, Sean Elsbernd, Sophie Maxwell, Aaron Peskin, and Jake McGoldrick the real facts that affect our children and other constituents.

The Board of Supervisors named above all have blood on their hands. Some of them have taken money from Lennar BVHP LLC and others have been promised to be helped. Time will tell.

Bottom line it is wrong to harm so many children most of them of color and which leads anyone to point to Racial Discrimination.

Mayor Gavin Newsom talks the talk but he cannot walk the walk.

What has Mayor Gavin Newsom done to save the children?

He has all the resources to get the answers but he has done everything possible to stall any process that calls for an investigation on this serious matter.

I have waited till now because I have good information and sound data that will nail the crooks. But, we will use this data linked to adverse impacts and the children in court.

Some scum bags must go to jail and among them Doctors Mitch Katz and Rajiv Bhatia.

Amy Brownell of the SF Health Department and Marcia Rosen ( that has now resigned as Director , of the SF Health Department) also should be brought before the authorities and adjudicated.

It is a shame that the leaders in San Francisco and that includes Mayor Gavin Newsom have failed our children.
