Lennar BVHP LLC - San Francisco Unified School District - children adversely impacted
At today Town Hall Meeting at the Grace Tabernacle Community Church it was announced that a $30 billion law suit was filed against Lennar BVHP LLC. It was also announced that the San Francisco Unified School District was informed at the Board Meeting about thousands of children exposed to toxic dirt and Asbestos dust from the Bayview Hunters Point area. Also, all children that have missed classes and as a result caused serious issues affecting attendance and compensation to the public schools linked to attendance. The Board agreed to call for a Public Hearing on the issue. Hundreds of parents will testify and so will children about the adverse impacts.
Lennar BVHP LLC has bought off many of the local, State and Federal regulatory agencies but did not figure in its equation the San Francisco Unified School District - that is linked to the Public Schools and thousands of children.
The Bayview Hunters Point has a high percentage of children and most of them have been affected. They not only attend schools in the neighborhood but all over the City and County of San Francisco. The City has liability and has punished too many innocent children - failing to take care of health and safety issues. This is very, very, very serious.
Some members from the Movement attended the Board of Education meeting at 555 Franklin Street and spoke out about the children. The speakers covered a gamut of topics all very pertinent - were well received by the Board of Education.
This a far contrast to Sophie Maxwell and the Land Use Committee, the Board of Supervisors, the SF Redevelopment Agency, and a host of other committees all controlled by the very corrupt Mayor Gavin Newsom and against the community. He ain't seen anything yet.
The community is happy that it did make an impact on the San Francisco Unified School District and the Board of Education.
Even the head of the SFUSD Teachers' Union testified on behalf of the affected children and in favor of the community.
The Town Hall Meeting was also informed about the details of the suit filed against Lennar BVHP LLC and a host of others - Aaron Peskin, Sophie Maxwell, the SF Redevelopment Agency, Mayor Gavin Newsom, the SF Health Department, the U.S. Navy, and many more.
The suit has got people talking and some folks in high places are now approaching the movement to join the band wagon - we welcome those - with good intentions and appreciate those that contribute by acting well and making progress in a team spirit.
30 billion dollars not millions is a lot of money - and I guess as the days go by soon it will 20 days and before that Lennar BVHP LLC will have to give a reply. I hope the reply is a good one - and I hope it is not full of lies.
If Lennar BVHP LLC lies especially about the bombardment of the toxic dust with intent having failed to place as required by law the Dust Monitoring Equipment and the Asbestos Monitoring Equipment - it will have nailed its own coffin.
Further it failed to follow the signed Dust Mitigation Plan and Article 31 of the SF Health Department. Not to mention the Precautionary Principle that is law in San Francisco.
We know how to dispose the coffin once it has been placed in a well equipped and fast reacting incinerator.
Lennar BVHP LLC has failed to inform its Directors about the many adverse impacts - and soon it will have to produce the documents that it has been hiding, the many closed door meetings, the bribes to people acting as consultants, the Tabernacle Group that is a joke - Ministers that have turned Developers over night, and so on and so forth.
Lennar BVHP LLC cannot get away with murder in broad daylight.
We have seen thugs before but we have not seen such thugs that even in the thug world - are not respected.
Lennar BVHP as stooped so low as to make a mockery of those that are the worst criminals.
So, we know now that the local, State , and Federal Regulatory Agencies all took bribes and looked the other way. We know now that Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi made calls - we will demand the records - using the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act.
The information will be given to us on demand and within 20 days as per the new rules governing FOIA.

Scum bags that harm children should not be treated lightly. Lennar Corporation has hurt itself but in the process tarnished the name of all developers.
Lennar Corporation should be bared from doing businesses in the United States based on the thousand of cases where it has with intent harmed thousands of innocent people that have bought homes built on toxic sites and inferior built homes.
