Navy's Blue Death & Mayor's Race

by $
Democrat Newsom, the illegal election fraud "mayor" who sits in office with election fraud, has stated that he supports the illegal low flights over heavily populated San Francisco of the Navy's Blue Death during Columbus Genocide week, wasting tax dollars and oil, making terrible nerve shattering ear splitting noise, all to glorify war. We need to hear from all other mayoral candidates on this litmus test issue. You should also register to vote now.

The viciously reactionary anti-rent control, pro-poisoning of Bayview Hunters Point by Lennar Corporation, mouthpiece of the real estate industry, nephew of reactionary Rep. Nancy Pelosi, election frauding "mayor" of San Francisco, Nazi Democrat Gavin Newsom, made this horrifying statement in support of the Navy's Blue Death flights over heavily populated San Francisco in the San Francisco Chronicle on 8/14/07 at:
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2007/08/14/BA0PRHS4S.DTL&hw=Blue+Angels&sn=003&sc=727
and the San Francisco Examiner at

HIS 8/13/07 PRESS RELEASE SUPPORTING THE NAVY'S BLUE DEATH IS AT:
http://www.sfgov.org/site/mayor_page.asp?id=65824
These are the words of an insane idiot claiming that this glorification of murder, which is what war is, is so wonderful because it is profitable. In other words, he loves blood money. The solution to any City budget problem is to tax the rich, those who make over $200,000 a year who live or work in San Francisco, including millionaires like Gavin Newsom. A Muni transit district should be made of the financial district to tax corporate profits. Newsom speaks for the reactionary ruling class, of which he and his aunt, Democratic Rep. Nancy Pelosi of San Francisco, are members.

Contrary to the lying press release, the Navy's Blue Death is OPPOSED BY RESIDENTS, especially all those over age 40 and all educated people under age 40, the regular voters, causing thousands of us to call the mayor's office and the 11 supervisors annually during Columbus Genocide week for the past 25 years to complain as the noise roars over our heads and homes, and we will certainly pass Chris Daly's excellent resolution if it appears on our ballot in November 2008. It may be found at:
http://www.blueangels.org/SF.htm

This is the same Nazi Newsom who as supervisor supported the illegal invasion of Iraq, supported the "Patriot" Act, and made clear his anti-tenant position on every occasion possible. His reactionary record was supported by the Democratic Party in his race for mayor, and he remains a staunch Democrat.

The only two peace parties on the ballot are Peace & Freedom Party and the Green Party.

WE NEED TO HEAR FROM ALL MAYORAL CANDIDATES ON THIS LITMUS TEST ISSUE, especially Dr. Sumchai and Josh Wolf. It is just as important as supporting rent control, opposing the poisoning of Bayview Hunters Point, opposing police brutality, demanding more and free public transportation, housing the homeless and ending the gentrification of San Francisco, all of which mandate statements from all mayoral candidates.

To register to vote, you can either go to the San Francisco registrar's office at 400 Van Ness, basement, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and register in person; you can call them at 554-4411 and they will mail you a form or you can Email them at sfvote [at] sfgov.org or you can go online to register at the California Secretary of State's website at:
http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/elections_vr.htm
Please also sign up to vote by mail (absentee) so you never forget to vote as you can do so in the comfort of your own home on your own time 30 days before election day.

The full description of the various registtration deadlines and early absentee voting may be found at the SF Election Department's website at:
http://www.sfgov.org/site/election_index.asp?id=5919#how

Election Day is November 6, 2007, so the sooner you register to vote, the better. If you moved, you must re-register.

The various propositions on the San Francisco ballot are at:
http://www.sfgov.org/site/uploadedfiles/elections/candidates/Qualified%20Measures%20Log-letters%20and%20unofficial%20title.pdf
So far, it is clear that we can vote:
No on C, F, G, H, I
Yes on E, K
Prop E mandates in a charter amendment what we already voted for as a public policy measure, namely that the mayor must appear before the Board of Supervisors. Gavin Newsom has willfully refused to comply with the wishes of the voters.
The equally pro-war Supervisors Elsbernd and Alioto-Pier, among other reactionary Democrats, are supporting Prop C to thwart our ability to put initiatives on the ballot.
Newsom's friends are supporting Prop H to bring more cars, global warming machines, to clog the already bumper to bumper streets of San Francisco.
