FREE CHARLES C. LYNCH! - On July 17th, 2007 , Charles C. Lynch was
indicted for operating the Central Coast Compassionate Caregivers in
Morro Bay. The only medical cannabis dispensary on the Central Coast
was operating legally under city, county and state law. This computer
program analyst turned compassionate caregiver has lost nearly
everything through his fight to help others and now he needs our
help. At the present time Charles C. Lynch has a public defender.
What he really needs is a medical cannabis lawyer. An account has
been opened in the name of Friends of Charles C. Lynch Fund at The
Bank of America - contact us for more information. Any donation you
can make will be greatly appreciated. Anyone wanting to help can
contact Gina Armstrong at (805) 288-4000 or

- Thank you for all your continued support and encouragement!

Yuba County Board of Supervisors Meeting on Aug 14th: Dear medical
marijuana supporter, Next Tuesday, August 14, the Yuba County Board
of Supervisors will be formally receiving SAN's written request to
schedule a hearing on the implementation of the medical marijuana ID
program. Currently, the Yuba County Department of Public Health has
no plans to implement the state mandated program without
directionfrom the Board of Supervisors. In order to protect Yuba's
medical marijuana patients and move the county into compliance with
state law, the board must grant our request to place the ID program
on a future agenda and then direct staff to move forward with the
program. More information:

meeting to learn how you can help turn Fresno County around and
protect local patients from arrest. When: Saturday, August 11,
