Lennar BVHP LLC and the SF Redvelopment Agency - DDA and now Fred Blackwell
Marcia Rosen resigned from the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) because she lied and was the head of a very corrupt organization. That position has now been filled by Fred Blackwell and if he knows better he should not be doing Mayor Gavin Newsom's bidding. SFRA is the most corrupt agency and has never been audited in a long, long time. Lennar BVHP LLC has been able to do so much damage because it is in bed with SFRA and continues to use its dubious ploys to this day. Fred Blackwell will fail simply because SFRA is too deep in trouble and corrupt - it also has a history of harming minorities. So have you read your history, brother?
Lennar BVHP LLC positioned itself a long time ago by helping to craft the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) with such crooks as Jesse Blout, Marcia Rosen ( who has since resigned) and many other dubious character all on the take and in bed with Lennar BVHP LLC.
The Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) is a legal document and has many legal clauses wherein Lennar BVHP LLC can be taken to task and defaulted.
The DDA was rushed in one single month with over 40 committee and sub-committee meetings to tailor make a DDA that suited Lennar BVHP LLC who were always present at all the meetings - with a smirk on their faces.
Also, working behind the scenes some Black men heads of some churches all very ignorant and all of them on the take.
We have named them before and we can name them again. Some of them are NOT from the Bayview Hunters Point but they have come to the Bayview to rake in the money, working with Lennar BVHP LLC.
Others act as consultants and they have NO roots in the community. They all have blood on their hands.
Others are thugs that have been to jail and now act as if all is well.
The DDA has not been studied by the crooks that are on the take - the like of the men of cloth and so called consultants who have done nothing much for the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point - and think nothing of building homes on very toxic sites.
They all have no clue what a Superfund site is. They have no idea of Cumulative Pollution. Many of them do not have a High School Certificate and most have no clue about Science and the process involved in Planning, the in and outs of a Housing Element Document, a Transportation Document, or a Environmental Impact Study or Report. They listen to others and think that what they listen is true. In short they are not educated on issues.
Lennar BVHP LLC has not followed the DDA and the Dust Mitigation Plans. Lennar BVHP LLC and its President on the West Coast - has with intent harmed innocent children and constituents from all ages and all walks of life. Samoans, Latinos, African Americans, Asians, Whites and others.
Some weeks ago Marcia Rosen the most corrupt woman working at the Director of SF Redevelopment Agency resigned. Good riddance of very bad rubbish.
Mayor Gavin Newsom has now replaced that position by appointing Fred Blackwell a Black man who should not have taken such a position - in the given circumstances.
Having a Black man doing the dirty work for SF Redevelopment Agency is nothing new - the sooner you Mr. Fred Blackwell hear me loud and clear the better. Nothing much has changed and the constituents of San Francisco want Lennar BVHP LLC out of our community - yesterday.
The Masta on the Planatation still keeps some of you in chains and you continue to do his bidding.
Some Black corrupt leaders from some of the Black Church are creating discord in the community by saying that the Muslims are behind some confusion. Nothing could be further from that blatant lie.
The Muslims under Minister Christopher Muhammad have set a standard and they have not taken money. It is a LIE that some one promised Minister Christopher Muhammad $ 2 million dollars and a school.
One cannot put a price on any child. I would think that just $ 2 million dollars and a school that does not exists and is a dream - is part of the grand scheme and blatant lies that some one in Mayor's Gavin Newsom's camp has cooked with the blessing of all the crooked cronies working for him.
With Minister Christopher Muhammad, we have Somoan Pastor, Latino Pastors, African American Bishops and Archbishop, many other Pastors, and hundreds of other from all denominations. Shame on those that are spreading lies.
We do not want any blood money - let us be very clear about this. We are a MOVEMENT and any decision made by anyone must be endorsed by the Movement and all the leaders.
Our demand first and foremost before we say anything is that Lennar BVHP LLC must go.
Our demand is to stop the project for some time and test the children.
We now have sufficient reason to believe and endorse that thousands have been impacted the toxic dirt and related elements that can have long lasting, adverse health affects.
We know that two hags Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein could have done some good but have instructed the Regulatory Agencies to look the other way.
Of course, Fred Blackwell that I know some what well - knows what I am talking about. So, brother do not take this job and save yourself the headache of a life time.
This is San Francisco not Oakland.
