We must NOT permit Mayor Gavin Newsom to use thugs to develop the Bayview Hunters Point
The Southeast Sector of San Francisco and that includes Bayview Hunters Point is the last frontier. Mayor Gavin Newsom with intent has made a pact with thugs to come in and try to develop large areas with little or no meaningful dialog with the community. He did this by working with SF Redevelopment Agency - that uses eminent domain, blight, tax increment, and stealing other people's property to take pride in such dubious actions and illegal investments.
Mayor Gavin Newsom thinks he is on a roll because no one is opposing him. He has over one and half million dollar war chest and think like Caligula that all is well.
Newsom forgets the last time he won by four percent. Also, that he had Bill Clinton in town and pleading on our home telephones to vote for Gavin Newsom. Gavin Newsom rules with Spin and Media gimmicks. He is no leader and of course that is my subjective opinion.
Anyone that call himself the Mayor of all the people should not be treating of the Southeast Sector and the Western Addition as does Mayor Gavin Newsom. Using his henchman Dennis Herrera - Gavin Newsom has been pushing ploys most of them dubious in nature.
Mayor Gavin Newsom forgets about the 33,200 signatures we collected to stop the SF Redevelopment Agency. This matter is in the Appeals Court.
Why did Marcia Rosen from the SF Redevelopment Agency resign? Who else will resign soon?
Why has Fred Blackwell ( with little experience ) been appointed as the new SF Redevelopment Agency Director? Who is fooling - whom?
How can any Mayor look the other way when Lennar BVHP LLC has with intent been polluting the area around Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard?
Mayor Gavin Newsom knew about the lack of dust monitoring equipment and Asbestos monitoring equipment for over 4 months. Gavin Newsom did nothing and continue to back the thugs.
Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies did nothing but allowed innocent people to suffer and as the years go by many will die from Asbestosis. Some folks have blood on their hands.
It took great courage for Minister Christopher Muhammad from the Nation of Islam to articulate the facts about Parcel A and the on going pollution.
I challenge Mayor Gavin Newsom to take on Minister Christopher Muhammad in a meaningful debate on Parcel A and the atrocities that have been committed by Lennar BVHP LLC. Let us not make this a big deal about Muslims and some Christians men of the cloth who are NOT educated on issues. I am an Environmentalist and should be able to understand and discern this issue better then most folks.
Aurelious Walker, Amos Brown, Boyd, Bishop Green have little or no clue about the Disposition and Development Agreement and have not attended the many community meetings that I have and others that have.
The have been vocal and favor the dubious activities of Lennar BVHP LLC - because they have been on the take. This is a fact - they are all on some payroll.
Mayor Gavin Newsom has been approached by many to do something beneficial to help the innocent people that are suffering in and around Parcel A - East and West. Gavin Newsom the flake that he is - has chosen to look the other way. Time will tell.
Lennar BVHP is the worst developer in the Nation when it comes to treating customers like dirt, building homes on toxic land, and homes that are poorly built.
Gavin Newsom will hear none of that - you have to paint a pretty picture to get Gavin Newsom tickled blue - like sleeping with his best friend's wife. This man is pathetic and yet many, mostly Whites follow him and listen to him.
Where are the morals? Where is the ethics? Where are the Standards? Where is the Accountability? But, mostly where is the leadership?
Lennar BVHP LLC has been actively helped in their crime on Parcel A. People are dying a slow death. Daily people are rushed to the SF General Hospital and other hospitals.
Mayor Gavin Newsom personally called some Board of Supervisors the likes of Sean Elsbernd and Bevan Dufty and of course that air head Michela Alioto-Pier. Aaron Peskin, Sophie Maxwell, and Jake McGoldrick are on the take and the world knows it.
No decent candidate wants to run for Gavin Newsom position as Mayor.
Gavin has disgraced his position. Treating the homeless like dirt, showing at events drunk, he wants everyone to ride free on MUNI and then changes his mind, he will compensate some if he wants to and others not, he is as flaky as the worst flake in the cesspool.
This is the City that knows how and we should have been doing well. We call ourselves Green. We have the Precautionary Principle. We have Article 31 on the books of the SF Health Department. We have clean cut over 400 mature trees on Parcel A without permits - what is the state of affair while our Mayor moves from place to place grinning and thinking that all is fine?
The SF Health Department has one billion dollar budget but cannot test 10 of our children to see what is affecting them linked to the on going illnesses.
Mayor Gavin Newsom is in bed with BIG developers and bent backwards to help them.
We must stop this Caligula in his tracks.
The last frontier that is the Bayvew Hunters Point must not be sold to dubious thugs like Lennar BVHP LLC and other like minded corporations. Over 20,000 units are in the pipe-line without proper infrastructure, do sound transportation document, a weak housing element, no sound energy plan, still less of a plan when it comes to sewage and drinking water.

Yes, the NOI are the thugs if anyone is. The cult is dangerous and only out to serve the interests of those who run it. So, touting that some NOI 'minister' is helping to community is better read as the NOI helping itself to the community. If the development of Bayview and Hunters Point means the NOI gets pushed out, sign me up...

Green Party member Matt Gonzalez won the 2003 mayor's race; the Democratic Party perpetrated the same election fraud it committed in 1999 and on June 3, 1997, to put the anti-rent control darling of the real estate developers and the Chamber of Commerce, Gavin Newsom, in the mayor's office. That election fraud was perpetrated in all 3 elections by the Chamber of Commerce, Democratic Central Committee, Republican Central Committee, Amos Brown and his 3rd Baptist Church, Nation of Islam, Cecil Williams and his Glide Church, A. Let us remember that it was Peace & Freedom Party and the Green Party that opposed the 49er Stadium Swindle of June 3, 1997 while the Democrats and Republicans supported it, as always.
Now Thug Newsom and his rotten Democratic Party are gentrifying as much of San Francisco as they can get away with. They are so brazen that at last week's Board of Supervisors meeting, the Democratic Party kicked the entire workingclass of San Francisco in the teeth with Democrats (1) allowing the poisoning of the workingclass of Bayview Hunters Point with asbestos and other substances to continue; and (2) allowing more condominiums and yet another Walgreen's to be built in the Mission District, with only 9 "affordable" units at Cesar Chavez and Mission Street. We have 15,000 homeless in San Francisco, and thousands more living in overcrowded slums not fit for human habitation. This was done in the presence of at least 1800 people complaining about their attack on the workingclass, and many more of us made phone calls to the Board of Supervisors to complain about the housing crisis in this City, the poisoning of Bayvew and the stupidity of building more condominiums. We need an immediate moratorum on all condominium construction, an immediate end to all construction by Lennar everywhere as it is obviously a criminal outfit, and a serious cleanup of Bayview Hunters Point of all the poisons remaining in the soil, air and water, under the direction of the people who live there. We also need more rental housing affordable to the workingclass who make less than $50,000 a year. Such housing can be obtained right now by eminent domain takeover of empty properties and converting them to affordable housing. There are lots of empty condominiums right now, and with the end of the housing speculation, many more will become empty. It is of course the workingclass who provide the labor to this City, without whom this City comes to a grinding stop. We have all seen the Help Wanted signs around town as the low wage jobs do not pay the rent and the workingclass is not commuting from Santa Rosa, Vallejo, San Jose and points beyond for an $11 per hour job. Nazi Newsom and his gang have no concept of work as he is a millionaire parasite. No millionaire or his party by definition can possibly represent the workingclass.
THE PROBLEM IS THE STINKING, ROTTEN DEMOCRATIC PARTY, a party that is OF, BY AND FOR THE CAPITALIST CLASS, the same corporations sponsoring both the Democratic and Republican Parties, which by definition means it is anti-workingclass. Hopefully, the people in Bayview Hunters Point will finally stop voting for any and all Democrats at any level of office and instead vote Green and Peace & Freedom. If you do not find these parties in a given position, skip that position or run for office yourself as an independent or as a member of either the Green or Peace & Freedom Party.
