Federal Agency wakes from its slumber to address pollution and deaths in the Bayview

It took us years to bring many facts linked to the Asbestos Dust to the attention of the Regulatory Agencies. Now, at long least one of many Regulatory Agencies has decided to do something. Much damage has already been caused - but it is not to late to come to the rescue and help those that need help most. At Hunters Point the Ultramorphic Serpentine Rock is dense and when crushed releases friables into the air - that are very, very harmful.

At long last one of many Regulatory Agencies that did visit us at Grace Tabernacle Community Church has decided to do something.

Lennar BVHP LLC has failed on many occasions to do what is right and has thus defaulted - many times.

Article 31 of the SF Health Code and the Disposition and Development Agreement lays it all - but Lennar BVHP LLC arrogant as it is still thinks it is doing the right thing.

The many Notices of Violation (NOVs) do not deter Lennar BVHP LLC. When will these thugs learn to do the right by the people:
