Labor and the Immigrant Right Movement

Saturday August 4th 2 PM
César E. Chávez Branch Library

Come to a discussion with local people on the front lines of the battle against corporate greed and for worker and immigrant rights!

Hear representatives from EBASE, local labor activists, and fired Woodfin workers talking about their nearly year long struggle to win a living wage and back pay. Also hear from local garbage workers about standing up to Wast Managemnt Int's lockout and attempt the break the union.
