The Marin Deputy Zoning Administrator will consider a request this week to divide the 11.3-acre Giacomini property into two lots and build a single-family home there.
The property is at the intersection of Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Meadow Way.

The Marin Deputy Zoning Administrator will consider a San Rafael couple's request this week to elevate their Stinson Beach home to prevent flooding.
The application, for 2 Calle del Embarcadero, also proposes a new concrete foundation, new stairs at the front porch and new perimeter concrete footings.

The Marin Deputy Zoning Administrator's meeting this week will include discussion of a permit renewal on a Mill Valley cell tower.
NSA Wireless is seeking to renew the permit on its cell tower located on the roof of the Eagle Rock Professional Building at 7 Knoll Road.
The tower was first approved in 1997.
The meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m. meeting Thursday at the Civic Center in San Rafael. For more information, call 499-3768.
