Lennar BVHP LLC making plans to transfer project linked to Parcel A at Hunters Point.
Koffi Bonner will be asked to leave Lennar BVHP LLC and seek fresher pastures. I hope he does so and moves far away from the Bay Area. Koffi with intent harmed thousands of our constituents in the Bayview Hunters Point and knows this to be a fact. Land Banking is bad - bad, for the Nation and bad for everyone - the only ones that profit from " Land Banking " are cartels and the Mafia. In San Francisco we will not tolerate such nonsense.

The brother from Ghana could have done the right thing - but chose with intent and surrounded by fake men of cloth such as Aurelious Walker and other very bad men to do the wrong thing.
These men are on the take and the Lennar Public Relation man revealed to the world that they represent the community. This is not the truth - the community does not trust such fake men who are on the take.
For over four months no dust monitoring equipment was in place against the protocol set by the signed Dust Monitoring Plan that Lennar BVHP LLC chose to sign and abide.
The same with Asbestos monitoring equipment - it was NOT in place for over four months and at other times not working.
With intent dust and Asbestos readings were altered and this was wrong. In the interim thousands were suffering and continue to suffer.
Prior, to that and early on - over 400 mature trees were clear cut. No permits were got and when Lennar and the other crooks were questioned - Lennar could not say a word. They had done wrong and still continue to break the laws.
July 5, 2007 over 44,000 Asbestos particles per cubic meter were registered. The protocol followed defies logic. The community was NOT informed. Where is the Luster Company on this one?
Lennar has hidden the fact - finding radiological elements after the transfer of Parcel A on Parcel A that was supposed to be clean and calling back Tectra Tech to come to their rescue. Marcia Rosen, Jessie Blout, Mayor Gavin Newsom knew about this - but chose to fool all the people all the time.
Lennar BVHP LLC could not abide by the Disposition and Development Agreement and especially the clauses linked to rental housing. In the middle of the project - Lennar BVHP LLC chose to amend the Disposition and Development Agreement - citing that steel and other building materials had gone up.
The paradox Lennar BVHP LLC got acres of land for free - and still continues to control the City and County of San Francisco and Director Marcia Rosen and others. All of them must resign and will resign. They all will be history - time will tell.
Lennar has continued to moved toxic dirt through the neighborhood without caring much about those the dust and other toxic elements that have harmed so many innocent people.
The SF Health Department, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Toxic and Substances Control, the Regional Water Board, other Regulatory Agencies all know about Lennar BVHP LLC and its dubious activities.
Hundreds of complaints have been sent to the above Enforcement Agencies since Lennar BVHP LLC started the project at Parcel A on the wrong foot - with all the protocols that had to be in place NOT in place.
It is a shame that Aurelious Walker, and some rag tag men of the cloth appeared before the Board of Supervisor on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 and tried to say that everything was fine and that people were not harmed by activities on Parcel A. This is not truth - people are suffering and we have actual proof of this. At every Town Hall meeting on Thursday - people stand up and testify.
These fools should read the Bible and learn about compassion. These fools should be in the business of saving souls. These fools are on the take and money has corrupted their souls.
These fools are doing harm to the innocent who should be helped at this time.
The Black newspapers like the Reporter have NOT done any investigative reporting. The reason is very simple they all have been getting money from Lennar BVHP LLC. Some little money and they have sacrificed investigative reporting and harmed the community.
There has been only one single organization the Nation of Islam that has stood for the truth.
They have done it in an open manner - educating Lennar BVHP LLC, the Board of Supervisors, the SF Redevelopment Agency, the Land Use Committee, the Citizens Advisory Committee to Parcel A, the Project Area Committee to Bayview Hunters Point.
The Nation of Islam under the direction of Minister Christopher Muhammad has been open and NOT once has asked for any monetary sum.
The Minister, Christopher Muhammad has from the started asked for two issues to be addressed:
1. Stop the work at Parcel A and evaluate all the protocols that should have be in place.
2. Test the innocent constituents from the area who were exposed to the dust and especially
Asbestos dust.
I have followed the process and I have been too many times at City Hall and at other meetings to know the process.
I cannot be bought and have been addressing issues on IndyMedia and other forums for a long, long time - for sure before the Parcel A fiasco began. So mind what you fools say - that I am the spokes person for some one else. Try contacting me in person and ask the questions yourself?
The fake men of the cloth like Aurelious Walker have not attended the pertinent public meetings before - now they are coming from the woods trying to speak on behalf of the devil - Lennar BVHP LLC.

Since when do they teach men of the cloth to be in the business of Real Estate and building homes on toxic land?
Some Black men of the cloth who have these churches must be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I know something stinks when they choose to get large sums of money from Lennar BVHP LLC.
Why is it we do not see the Catholic Church, other major Protestant Church leaders come to the Board of Supervisors to defend Lennar BVHP LLC with lies?
