Bring in your old halogen floor lamps (only halogen floor lamps that use 300+ watts of energy will be swapped) and receive a FREE and CFL Torchiere from California Youth Energy Services. Halogen lamps use 300+ watts of power and can cause fires. New safer CFL Torchieres use only 65 watts, at the highest setting, and give you the same amount of light! While supplies last. Please bring a copy of your PG&E bill (copies of bills will be collected). Up to six lamps per person can be swapped
