Lennar BVHP LLC rattles and sheds skin - Marcia Rosen submits her resignation

Heads are falling and the first major victim is Marcia Rosen from the SF Redevelopment Agency.

This is the woman who has lied so many times that she began lying openly on documents and could not run away from reality.

We, the community have asked for the resignation of Dr. Mitch Katz the Director of the SF Health Department and we will get it.

In fact Dr. Katz put in his resignation but has stayed over to do the dirty deeds of Mayor Gavin Newsom. Observing Dr. Katz at meetings we see he is NOT his usual self.

At the Town Meeting held at the Grace Tabernacle Community Church at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2007 two important officials from two Federal Regulatory agencies were present. These officials heard the proceedings and fully understand the scope of the corruption propagated by Lennar BVHP LLC.

On Tuesday, July 17, 2007 the community attended a SF Redevelopment Commission (SFRC) meeting and testified.

There is a Special Hearing scheduled by the SFRC) and this hearing just like the hearing held on the July 9, 2007 at the Land Use Committe - will lay to rest the lies of Lennar and the cooperation of the City and County of San Francisco - foremost Jessie Blout and Gavin Newsom - who simply cannot get it.

If Lennar has defaulted then Lennar must be let go - that is Lennar should not be permitted to operate on Parcel A and any where near the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

In the interim Nancy Pelosi has been using her influence to get some $90 million at this late date to clean up Hunters Point - more to accommodate the 49ers who have made it clear again and again that they have no desire to play at a brand new stadium in or near the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - that is polluted.

Lennar has been challenged by the community at the Lennar trailer by the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard the same day the SF Redevelopment Agency Commission was held - July 17, 2007.

At both meetings the community chose to go to the meetings on their own to express their concerns.

Lennar BVHP LLC under Sam Singer the Public Relations specialist has been lying - speaking to the Press with a fork tongue - making false statements that the Nation of Islam was behind the protest at the Lennar trailer. This is a big LIE.

At the SF Redevelopment Commission meeting I was there early and was happy that so many trickled into the meeting - waited for so long - as the many agenda items were discussed and spoke well about the pollution linked to Lennar BVHP LLC.

The community is angry and the community wants Lennar BVHP LLC out of San Francisco.

July 19, 2007 the Examiner ran a story. The Main Media is still very shy - afraid to rattle the evil ploys of Lennar BVHP LLC. But, on the ground Lennar has its tail between its legs and running like hell and that is good news.

We are determined to send Lennar BVHP LLC packing and we really do not want them anywhere in the Bay Area. Hundreds of supporters are joining us in the battle against Lennar.

The Green Party has heard us loud and clear. They are committed to join us to tackle Lennar BVHP LLC and address the corruption Lennar has spread all over the Nation and here in our back yard of Nancy Pelosi - San Francisco.

Thousands from the Mission will join us. The MOVEMENT is growing and Lennar BVHP LLC is worried - perhaps for the first time in their life they are getting their own medication.

In the interim Nancy Pelosi and Dianne Feinstein have not uttered a word in favor of the community. Nancy Pelosi talks the talk but cannot walk the walk in her own back year - the Bayview Hunters Point situated in San Francisco - an ares this woman represents.

Time to send these two hags Nancy and Dianne packing.

It is unbelievable how these two women continue to do business as usual without doing justice to their constituency in San Francisco on such a major issue. 60 Minutes, the New York Times, some one - some where should come to the Bayview Hunters Point in cognito and expose the scum bags.

We have given the District 10 Supervisor an invitation to join us with a Resolution to first stop the work on Parcel A. Second to call for an independent testing of those victims and others adversely impacted by the pollution. The Resolution is sponsored by Supervisor Chris Daly from District 6 because Sophie Maxwell is in bed with Lennar BVHP LLC.

If the Supervisor fails to agree to the wishes of the people - then we will remove her from office.
In political terms this is called a Recall. Every thing is in place to recall if they sorry ass woman does not agree to comply to the wishes of the constituents from the real Bayview Hunters Point.

The July 19, 2007 Town Hall meeting was well attended and they people now fully understand that Lennar BVHP LLC must go and so must the Supervisor of District 10 who is in bed with Lennar BVHP LLC.

Sam Singer the Lennar Public Relations Guru made it very clear that Aurelious Walker, Rev, Boyd, Linda Richardson, Rev. Amos Brown are our leaders - truth be told we have not seen them with the community and at the Town Hall meetings - not once.

Nice way to divide the community. But the best thing that came out from this man running his mouth - is that we now know for sure who are the sell outs from the community. And all this was on the news for every one to hear and see.
