Depart. of Public Works, SF Public Utilties Commission work with Lennar BVHP LLC

It is a misnomer to think that Parcel A on Hunters Point is clean - mitigated or abated.

Parcel A is not clean and if it is clean - I challenge Lennar BVHP LLC to reveal to the public at large why it called Tetra Tech early on to abate sewer pipes and foot prints of foundations that were found after - Lennar BVHP LLC clear cut over 400 mature trees without any permits.

Early on the Department of Public Works (DPW) and SF Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) with intent continued working on various aspects of the infrastructure to accommodate the over 6,500 homes - Lennar BVHP LLC proposes it will build over very toxic soil. Tons of Abestos laden soil has been buried on Parcel A. We have proof and we have witnesses.

Mayor Gavin Newsom and Jessie Blout are fully aware of the Precautionary Principle. I suppose Susan Leal is too - and she is responsible for what is now happening on Parcel A.

I have mentioned this fact and about the Precautionary Principle before the Board of Supervisors many, many times. No one has paid attention to the fact that radiological elements are NOT easy to detect and more to mitigate.

Parcel A is dirty not as dirty as Parcel E - but dirty with radiological hot spots and other toxins including lead, mercury, and of course now because of the foolishness of Lennar BVHP LLC Asbestos dust.

Asbestos Dust can be found everywhere and here is the myth that I will unfold to the SF Health Department and other idiots that continue to spread the lie.

You have heard that the Serpentine Rock that is found on Hunters Point is naturally occurring all over California. Wrong.

The Serpentine Rock found at Hunters Point and more on Parcel A is Ultra Morphic Serpentine Rock. This type of Serpentine Rock is very dangerous and you can learn a lot about this rock by getting the correct maps from the United States Geological Survey.

It is no wonder that so many innocent people got sick because the Asbestos Dust released by Lennar BVHP LLC was thousands times more dangerous to the human body then the ordinary Asbestos dust released by ordinary, commonly found Serpentine Rock.

The contractors that helped crush the Serpentine Rock were not certified and it is shame that the SF Health Department, Mayor Gavin Newsom, and others did not pay attention to my pleas and that of others - in the know.

The DPW and SFPUC is responsible for encouraging Lennar BVHP LLC and has put many innocent workers in harms way. Even now both these agencies are busy trying to help Lennar BVHP LLC and this will back fire very soon.

Lennar BVHP is the most despicable Real Estate Developer in the Nation. Its stock is down seventy three percent, and it has ruined the lives of thousands of innocent people.

In California it is busy trying to build poor quality homes and people all over California are now in the know and Lennar is busy trying to cover the defects and encouraging people to buy defective homes - by selling snake oil.

Lennar BVHP LLC encouraged by Mayor Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi, sell out Sophie Maxwell, other Faith Based Scum bags too many to mention, sell outs mostly Black from inside and outside Bayview Hunters Point , Jessie Blout, Marcia Rosen, and others that we know and will name in our Law Suit - have done great injustice by not following the Precautionary Principle.

There is also the Proposition 65 Ordinance, the Dust Mitigation Plan mentioned in the Disposition and Development Agreement linked to Parcel A, and plain common sense. Besides, Article 31 of the Health Code.

Lennar BVHP LLC thinks it can fool all the people all the time. Well, it is time for Lennar BVHP LLC to close shop, cut its loses, and leave town. The sooner is does the better.

In the interim is is wise that we put SFPUC and Susan Leal on notice. Also, those in DPW who think they will not be responsible for the harm they are doing.

Lennar is the most despicable Real Estate Agency in the entire nation.

It is the duty of the United States Navy to clean up the Hunters Point Shipyard - all of it.

One cannot have Parcel A - surrounded by polluted parcel B, C, D, E (which is very, very dirty and toxic ) and F the Bay which too has to be cleaned, abated, mitigated according to standards that do not harm any living beings.

Proposition P passed by over 87% ( eighty seven percent) demands that the U.S. Naval Shipyard be cleaned to Residential Standards. We have Arc Ecology and other getting over $600,000 from the SF Redevelopment Agency and not doing their work. Arc Ecology is headed by Saul Bloom aka Donald Saleman ( go figure why we have such personalities in our community of minorities).

Now we have DPW and SFPUC contributing to the pollution without knowing what they are doing.

When will the nonsense stop. SFPUC is already contributing to a lot of pollution in the Bayview Hunters Point. Daily polluting the Bay with half-treated sewage. Daily, releasing flares in a residential area in the Bayview by Phelps Street and 1800 Oakdale Street.
