Convivio Comunitario de Migrawatch (7/15)

Please join us on July 15th from 3-7pm at River Park on East Front Street in Watsonville for the Migrawatch Block Party kick-off. We will be building community and bringing immigration awareness to our different barrios around Watsonville. The main purpose is to identify and recruit precinct leaders in different neighborhoods to sign them up to the Migrawatch text messaging service and organize the people for the next time the migra terrorizes our community. There will be music, games an jumping houses for kids, information tables, speakers and immigration experts to answer any question the people might have.

¿Conocen los derechos de las personas migrantes? ¿Saben qué hacer o decir cuando llegue la migra? ¿Cuál es el estátus de la reforma migratoria?

Acompáñenos a esta celebración comunitaria y familiar, y entérese sobre las leyes y los derechos de los migrantes. Tendremos abogados presentes para que contesten cualquier pregunta sobre leyes y derechos de inmigración.

Habrá música, diversión para los niños, comida gratis, mesas de información comunitaria, y la oportunidad de conocer a sus vecinos y otras personas de la comunidad. La fiesta es de traje…¡traiga algo para compartir!
