by Francisco Da Costa
Hundreds gathered on a Saturday, June 23, 2007 to unite against Lennar BVHP LLC. We want Lennar BVHP LLC out of our community. Local community leaders set a tone and those gathered agreed to fight Lennar BVHP LLC tooth and nail.
Saturday, June 23, 2007 hundreds gathered by Kiska Road at the Muhammad University to show support and unite against Lennar BVHP LLC the worst Real Estate Developer in the Nation.

Decent families united felt is was only right to send Lennar BVHP LLC a strong message. We want Lennar BVHP LLC out of our community - now.

Lennar has bombarded our children and others with Dust and Asbestos Dust.

Lennar has failed to put in place for months Air Monitoring Equipment to regulate Dust and Asbestos Dust.

Lennar has lied and tried to circumvent and work with corrupt forces including the SF City Health to adversely impact the constituents.

Decent families gathered and there were eloquent speakers that informed those gathered about the dubious ploys of Lennar and about their RIGHTS to safe guard their interests.

There were work shops, cultural dances, and lots of good, healthy food and water.

Many organizations were present - too many to mention.

Local leaders were impressed by the turn out.

This is a movement that has grown and has support in Florida, North Carolina, New Mexico, Sacrament, all over California - linked to thousands that Lennar has harmed.

Lennar builds inferior homes on toxic dumps, does not keep its word, and continues to act as if it can get away with murder. Enough is Enough.

Call 1.866.475.6907 for further information.

We meet every Thursday for a Town Hall meeting at Grace Tabernacle Community Church at 6 p.m. at Ingalls and Oakdale in the Bayview. MUNI bus 23 takes you to the door of the Church.

The sell outs are welcome to attend this meeting and learn about the community.

Lennar is welcome to attend these meetings and justify their evil actions.

Mayor Gavin Newsom and Sophie Maxwell is welcome to justify their silence and sleeping in bed with Lennar BVHP LLC.

So is the SF Health Department and those that have blood on their hands - Amy Brownell, Drs. Rajvin Bhatia and Mitch Katz.
