Lennar BVHP buys SF Health Department - Dr. Mitch Katz must resign he has failed us all.
Lennar BVHP LLC has bought the SF Health Department and Dr. Mitch Katz the Director of the SF Health Department. Dr. Mitch Katz is so bold that he came out with bullet point blatant lies about pollution and armed some cronies with such lies. He now says that the air in and around Parcel A and the surrounding area is of good quality. This ONE blatant lie says it all. Our children are dying and Doctor Mitch Katz must resign and go. We want him out of our lives and far away from our City.
We have known for a long time the role of the San Francisco Health Department and how Doctor Mitch Katz - the Director of the SF Health Department has failed to enforce mandated ordinances and agreements on Parcel A - that is situated on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

There is Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) that anyone can read at our Main Library on Grove Street in San Francisco. This DDA spells out the Dust Mitigation Plan and other issues dealing with Dust Control, Grading, and so on.
Lennar BVHP LLC has failed the constituents of San Francisco and with INTENT adversely impacted thousands of innocent people living in and around Parcel A - but also all of San Francisco.
Lennar BVHP LLC has with intent harmed our innocent children and thinks it can get away with murder. We will do all in our power to run off Lennar BVHP LLC from San Francisco and other communities that need our help.
Lennar BVHP LLC has NOT seen anything yet. Lennar BVHP LLC has chosen to defy the community. It has chosen to fight thousands of innocent people.
Lennar BVHP has been buying crooks, cronies, scum bags for the longest time.

It is wrong for the sellouts the likes of Sophie Maxwell, Aurelious Walker, Doris Vincent, Calvin Jones, Bishop Green, Angelo King, Willie B. Kennedy, and others to side with Lennar BVHP LLC and push for some development without the proper mitigation and abatement of a SUPERFUND site.
These jerks must understand that E2 is one of the worst toxic and polluted sites in the world.
Now, why would people decide about projects to be put of E2 and have secret meetings and tell people around them - pretend you never attended this meeting. It is such type of arrogance that will bring the fall of the people that still want to develop a dirty, toxic, polluted,radiologically contaminated site, one of the worst in the Nation.
We are aware of such meetings in attendance SF Redevelopment Agency, the Mayor's Office, Consultants like one James Bryant from Oakland, and others that we can name at very quick notice.
Mayor Gavin Newsom does not have time to meet with us - even though we went out of our way to meet him. He is always away - very busy with extra curricula activities - many very dubious in nature and known to every one in San Francisco.
His dubious activities make headlines in the local newspapers.
Rev. Amos and Rev. Townsend do not and never will represent the Bayview.
But these guys have been trying to work things for themselves and their pockets. I have seen them in Sacramento and other places - pretending they know something when they know nothing much about projects in the Bayview Hunters Point.
Most of these so called ' men of god " who bought their collars for ten dollars or so - with little sound Philosophy and Theology behind them and doing the work of the devil.
Why would these so called "men of god " be involved with Real Estate and defend the worst Real Estate Developer in the Nation - Lennar Corporation and more so Lennar BVHP LLC. Should there is a separation between things that pertain to God and BLOOD money?
Shame on the Blacks and we have named them here who are selling out the community. We have warned them and if they continue to play games - we will face them and send them packing out of our community.
