Severance Motion

ASJE, HWC, and MRC sent a letter to the Creditor's Committee and Noteholders supporting PL's motion to pay severance. Go to the Workers page to see the motion and related documents.

Notice to PL Creditors: Filing Claims Workshop

ASJE, the Humboldt Watershed Council, and the Central Labor Council of Humboldt and Del Norte Counties will host a workshop on Saturday, June 23rd from 9-10 am on How to File a Bankruptcy Claim, at the Fortuna Veteran's Memorial Hall at 1426 Main Street. If you believe you are owed money by Pacific Lumber, you may need to file a claim by July 17th. This free, brief workshop will walk participants through the form and explain the process.
