Mayor Gavin Newsom working with Lennar and corrupt forces to tear down Public Housing

No one should be trust that works with Lennar Corporation.

All over this Nation thousands of people are suffering because of the shoddy work Lennar is famous for. One has just to review the court cases filed and the thousands affected.

Lennar has taken decisions to build homes on toxic sites. Here in the Bay Area, Lennar has built homes where the homes are filled with toxic fumes. Lennar came out with an idea to use fans and to somehow vent the fumes.

This is the most stupid idea and mentality I have yet to fathom - the people are dying from the fumes and Lennar should be removing the people and admitting that it did wrong. But, once again Lennar will focus on any aspect to buy time and in the interim adversely impact the health of the people.

Lennar knew well that all the parcels at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard were toxic - parcels A, B, C, D, and E and especially E2 one of the most toxic sites in the world. And then you have F which is the Bay - polluted by the United States Navy.

The Public Housing all of it build by the Department of Defense (DOD) and all very old (about 65 years old) should have been torn down a long time ago and new better housing built.

In fact people should have be given the opportunity to own these homes many years ago. The old onces torn down and good new one built and this should have happened years ago - when the economy of our Nation was in good shape.

How ever the racist City and County of San Francisco and Mayor Gavin Newsom is playing with fire. These racist policy makers have let the housing run down on purpose to depopulate the poor and bring in the racoons.

They have permitted by design to encourage crime and the killing of Black on Black violence.

Those that have fallen prey to this plan - should think twice and use the same energy to neutralize those policy makers and their devious ploys. They could all stand united for one second and change the circumstances around their environment forever.

It takes knowledge and a little discipline that the Nation of Islam has shown - again and again.
Now is the time to act and plan sisters and brothers or forever hold your peace.

People all remember the Geneva Towers. Well these huge Public Housing Towers were old and crowed and densely populated. The John Stewart company made a lot of money - manging these properties. They ran them down and took big money and put in little money.

Thousands lost their homes when the Geneva Towers were dynamited and came down. When the new homes were built - less then five percent were given opportunities. This is a crying shame.

The same in the Fillmore and behind the ploys always the SF Redevelopment and this racist City - the City and County of San Francisco. They talk the talk but do not walk the walk.

The John Stewart Company is standing on the side lines waiting to manage the proposed new housing planned by Mayor Gavin Newsom and Lennar at Oakdale Public Housing, Middle Point, and all those places where Mayor Gavin Newsom has been pussyfooting recently.

Here you have two evil entities the SF Redevelopment Agency and Lennar with the devil waiting on the side lines, the John Stewart Company - ready to come in and make hay while the sun shines.

The Mayor wants to demolish the Public Housing that is surrounding Parcel A and which right now is being affected by the pollution.

In the interim no one cares about the health of the children. No one cares about testing the children and those adversely impacted.

Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies Jessie Blout, Marcia Rosen, Michael Cohen, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Dwayne Jones, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, the Citizens Advisory Committee to Parcel A, the Project Areas Committee and one Angelo King, the SF Health Department and Doctors Mitch Katz and Rajov Bhatia have NO clue of the damage they are doing by NOT comprehending and acting properly on the issues about housing and those that need basic housing and happen to be poor and very sick.

They know poor people need help, they know people are dying, they know they can do something - but they prefer to line their pockets and look the other way.

The poor we will have always.

Blessed are the poor for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. The poor need opportunities and most of us that came to this land that belongs to the Native Americans or the First People - came here with little - at least our ancestors did.

This land gave us opportunities while we turned our back on the Native Americans. We talk about helping the poor but again and again the poor are the first to be shafted.

Let me tell you - Lennar will do anything to make money and the first to shaft the poor. If Lennar knows that the people and rich and will litigate they will put that tail between their hind legs and flee. But if Lennar knows the people are poor they will fight them - but they cannot and will not fight numbers - as we have in the Bayview Hunters Point.

There are some exceptions and one is happening in San Francisco today. Thousands have joined in solidarity to take on Lennar.

Led by great leaders like Archbishop King, Minister Christopher, Pastor Ernest Jackson and a host of other decent, honest, advocates and are NOT on the take.

We will NOT permit the poor to be throw into the streets. This happens when Public Housing is torn down and poor people are promised that they can have better opportunities but then too many restrictions are put in their way.

This has happened before when the authorities have demanded:

1. Good credit report.

2. Restrictions on the number of people who can live in the community.

3. Quick evictions if one is not able to pay rent - even if it is an emergency.

4. Eviction if one family member is cited for drugs - even if the matter is pending in court.

5. Noise and other issues that the authorities called "nuisance cases" and so on.

Well Mayor Gavin Newsom, Lennar and John Steward Management Company waiting on the side lines to make big money - you all have been put on notice.
