Time DTSC takes control and stops Lennar BVHP LLC in its tracks
Lennar BVHP LLC has broken every law in the books because it has spent millions of dollars buying local, State, and Federal enforcement agencies. Added to that Nancy Pelosi and other higher ups are in bed with Lennar BVHP LLC making crooked deals left, right, and center working to drive poor folks, mostly people of color to make room for others. In the mean time no one knows what to expect and Lennar is bent on building homes on toxic sites - it is famous for building such homes all over the Nation.
One would think the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC) would do the right thing and protect the people of San Francisco.
One would think the same of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQM) coming to the rescue of those that need help most. T he air quality in and around Parcel A is the worst at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
No one is paying attention to Cumulative Pollution.
One would think Mayor Gavin Newsom and the various City enforcement Departments and that includes Dr. Mitch Katz and Dr. Rajiv Bhatia who heads the Environmental Department would help.
That includes Amy Brownell the most despicable City Employee that has gone out of her way to harm so many people and works under Dr. Rajiv Bhatia.
Lennar BVHP LLC first started by clear cutting over 400 mature trees on Parcel A which is part of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Parcels B, C, D, E, and F are all polluted. Parcel E is the worst and some think that it is Crissy Field. At least that is what Arc Ecology who is NOT from the community thinks so.
Arc Ecology has received over $600,000 from the SF Redevelopment Agency. It has done no out reach and we are about to take them to task. We want Saul Bloom out of our community. The simple fact is he does not live in our community and works against the better interest of our community.
Micheal Cohen, Jessie Blout, Marcia Rosen all help Saul Bloom perpetuate the worse type of misinformation and disservice to the community. They do this by giving him access to City Hall and thousands of dollars.
Lennar BVHP LLC started big time grading without proper protocols in place. Parcel A has naturally incurring Serpentine Rock and Lennar Corp. start crushing this rock, and spread Asbestos Dust all over the place.
Lennar did not water down the dust and did not follow the protocols laid down in the Disposition and Development Agreement.
Even the Navy that has jurisdiction over near by parcel sent Notice of Violations to Lennar BVHP LLC. Lennar continues to defy everyone and mostly the community.
Luster a local company and other sub-contractors did not follow any of the laws. I wonder what is Robert Luster and Laura Luster thinking about thousands of people that were put in harms way.
Black on Black crime. Luster in in for the money but not to provide a quality and decent service.
Luster a black owned company has been famous for working quietly to get big contracts from the City and County of San Francisco - while giving little if nothing at all back to the community.
Lennar has spent millions buying favors from City officials and other regulatory officials. The EPA and DTSC has not done anything much over a year after Lennar has violated so many laws.
The press has exposed Lennar BVHP LLC and Lennar still continues to work and expose the surrounding community to the worse possible pollution.
We now have cases daily of people being rushed to the SF General Hospital and other hospitals.
Some innocent folks have died.
It is time for the Federal Bureau of Investigation to step in and investigate Lennar BVHP LLC and the City and County of San Francisco.
Also Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Mayor Gavin Newsom, and host of crooks like Dr. Mitch Katz and Dr. Rajiv Bhatia. Drs Bhatia and Katz must resign now. In fact both should be sent to jail.
Thousands of innocent folks including children are suffering now from breathing and other problems and in the years to come will fall prey to Asbestosis.
Mayor Gavin Newsom is looking the other way - Lennar BVHP LLC has given him money and the blood money has permitted Lennar Corp. to adversely impact thousands of people.
Imagine all this happening in San Francisco the most progressive City in the United States.
There is a hue and cry about other folks suffering from other diseases - including some that are linked with the Castro District. Millions have been spent to test folks and help them recover from ailments costing the tax payer and San Franciscans millions.
No one is thinking about the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point that have been adversely impacted. The City and County of San Francisco has no back bone and the corruption at City Hall has reached a all time high.
Time to send Lennar Corp. packing out of San Francisco and out of California.
