Do you know what to do if you or somebody else is stopped by the police?
This training is presented by Berkeley Copwatch, a grassroots organization dedicated to nonviolently observing the police to deter and document police misconduct on the streets.
Learn your rights when stopped by the police, as well as how to be a copwatcher or police observer. We will also discuss follow-up to incidents of police abuse, and tactics of de-escalation.
