Our pickets shut down the SSA Terminal on May 19th for their war profiteering. Now help us plan our next steps in a campaign to end war shipments from the Port of Oakland and to use Port monies to fund schools and social services.

Meeting of the Port Action Committee

Help us plan the next steps in a campaign to end the war and for funding for schools and social services out of monies generated by the Port of Oakland. On May 19th, our pickets shut down the Terminal of SSA, a notorious war profiteering corporation. Workers represented by the ILWU refused to cross our picket line which shut down all work for the day. Three ships were left idle due to our action.

Now come and help us plan our next steps in our campaign to bring peace and social justice to the Port of Oakland.
