Jury Sent Home in Rosenthal Trial

Hi folks,

Judge Breyer sent home the jury because they were in deliberation until the end of
the day, which is good for our side because that means at least one juror is not
willing to convict. The jury will reconvene tomorrow morning, so we could have a
decision very soon.

The courtroom was packed today, and the supporters were so enthusiastic about the
defense's closing arguments that Breyer threatened to "clear the courtroom."
Although the jury did not get to hear the analogy between the lies the federal
government is using to get a conviction and the lies the federal government used to
send us into war, the comparison resounded in the hearts and minds of the audience.
Thank you to the defense attorneys for voicing what every patient is thinking!

Let's keep the pressure on and show the jury that Ed is a hero, not a criminal!
