Europe prepares for G8 summit

Thousands of anticapitalists from across Europe and around the world are making their way to northeastern Germany, where next week self-described "leaders" of the eight wealthiest nations on earth will gather to plot another year of oppression and exploitation. In Amsterdam, local squatters have unfurled an anti-G8 banner in the center of the city, near the Rijksmuseum (national museum).
