Panel members will report on the recent “Braving Borders, Building Bridges: A Journey for Human Rights” tour of the U.S.-Mexico border.

A 14-member delegation of African Americans and black immigrants investigated human rights abuses of immigrants, Mexican Americans and indigenous communities in the Tucson border area.
