Arrest warrant issued for Rick Watts at Rosenthal retrial

The prosecution's case may be continued until tomorrow morning as a result.
Defense counsel has been asked to proceed with their case today, but Judge
Breyer has denied all their proposed witnesses, including those who were
allowed to testify at the first trial. No word yet on how the defense will
respond.
