From April to August, 2006 Lennar Corp. with intent harmed thousand of people in a radius of 3 miles and up to 6 miles - when it did not monitor the Asbestos Dust clouds of dust that constantly bombarded the community and a school with ten feet from the Project Area on Parcel A.

There are special mandated regulations dealing with schools and asbestos exposure and the City and County of San Francisco with its Precautionary Principle, the SF Health Department, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) have all failed the constituents of San Francisco in general and the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point in particular.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Super Fund Site and only the worse of the worst toxic sites are placed on the Super Fund Sites.
