With Anne-Marie Cory, MA, Adjunct Faculty. Poetry often reveals moments of splendor and surprise and can inspire us to uncover the inherent beauty of our daily lives. This evening, we will discuss poetry, which invites us to consider our relationships with the more than human world, our mystical experiences and our potential. The format will be participatory; please bring a journal and pen. Sponsored by the Concentration in Consciousness, Healing & Ecology at New College of California North Bay, a concentration of the BA Completion degree in Humanities and the MA degree in Humanities and Leadership. The concentration in Consciousness, Healing and Ecology (CHE) integrates, cosmology, deep ecology and consciousness studies drawn from indigenous, spiritual, psychological, ecological and scientific worldviews. This program is for individuals who view the evolution of consciousness as an important and vital part of healing our world, a process that involves the personal and planetary dimensions of being.
