Gloria Velasquez will speak in the Brown Beret general meeting's Each One Teach One session on Thursday, May 3rd, 2007. The meeting will begin at 7:00PM and the speaker will be given the floor at around 8:00PM.
Gloria L. Velasquez is the author of a bilingual collection of poetry titled I Used to Be a Superwoman Chicana and is the creator of the Roosevelt High School Series.
