May Day 2007

The IWW will participate in two contingents for the May Day celebrations this year.

>Oakland:
For those wanting to participate in the East Bay actions, meet at 9:45am Fruitvale BART. Look for the Red and Black IWW Flags.

>San Francisco:
Meet at Dolores Park (on Dolores Street between 18th and 20th streets), at 11:45am. Look for the Red and Black IWW Flags. We will have a table here. We rally until 1pm, and then march to Civic Center, where we may or may not have a table at.

All are encouraged to attend and participate in whatever contingent you see most fit. Fliers, as well as our Spanish newspaper, Solidaridad, will also be had at both locations, so people who arrive early (as well as throughout the marches and rallies) are encouraged to distribute them.

Happy May Day, from the May Day Planning Committee!

We’ll see you Tuesday.
