Golden Gate Park - Access to all parts at all times every single day.

There is a Group that has a Political Action Committee (PAC) very dubious in nature that has failed before when it tried to take control of our roads - using illegal models and breaking the laws of the land.

There was No sound Environmental Impact Report in this case.

A judge ruled that this Group and its ploys be stayed.

This Group has not learned its lesson. Now it wants to adversely impact Seniors, Neighbors, the Physically Challenged without any meaningful dialog.

Even if they purport to have a meeting - they want it on their terms. This is wrong and in this case they have much to learn.

Mayor Gavin Newsom has favored to keep Golden Gate Park open every day at all times. This issue came before him before and he vetoed it. He would do well to veto it again.

There are many areas in San Francisco where some areas can be sealed off so that some folks can have their selfish fun.

One of these areas is not the Golden Gate Park.

This Group has attacked innocent people on our roads during its mass rally - held from time to time. I remember this Group from the days of Supervisor Yaki.

In recent times it has used its PAC to lobby. When this is done - money is exchanged and some are beholden to some crooks.

Some of the Supervisors that are beholden to this group consisting of selfish individuals - who have no clue about what they are talking about.

At the Land Use Committee today the decision to come to any agreement was postponed.

However, it was nice to see so many come out to speak their mind and request the authorities to keep all of Golden Gate Park open at all times , every single day of the year - to all those that want to enjoy this treasure of the City and County of San Francisco:
