Josh Wolf: Watch the Unedited Video

by full circle
Today, Josh Wolf released the complete unedited version of his July 8th, 2005 video to the public (originally published in edited form on Indybay at http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2005/07/09/17517591.php).

Federal authorities used their "need" for the video as the pretext for holding him in jail for 226 days, the longest a US journalist has ever served for refusing to submit to a Grand Jury subpoena. You can follow much of Josh Wolf's story tracing backwards from http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2007/04/03/18388445.php.

Without further ado, here are Josh's comments on the release of his video and the video itself below that:

Watch the Unedited Video
Posted by Insurgent

During the course of this saga I have repeatedly offered to allow a judge to be the arbiter over whether or not my video material has any evidentiary value. Today, you the public have the opportunity to be the judge and I am confident you will see, as I do, that there is nothing of value in this unpublished footage.
