Though I've heard of cases where the pot gets mishandled from medicinal-marijuana distributors, why are California law enforcement helping? Selling medicinal pot's legal in CA. We need Southerners out of the Fed or something; they're contributing to its already police state instead of giving us a constitution to rely on IMHO.

What is "mishandling"? It's just pot, there's nothing bad or wrong about people having and using pot for non-medicinal purposes.
The whole medical marijuana argument is bad news. It has divided and conquered us all, by separating recreational users from medicinal users. The MM argument reinforces the demonization of recreational use by promoting the idea of medicinal use as relevant to one's civil rights. In effect, they turn a right to be defended into a privilege to be requested. Whether I use pot for suppressing the nausea of chemotherapy, or to party, or to grow for profit, or just because I think the plant is pretty, it does not matter. An' it harm none, my right to do as I please with my property (in particular my body) are absolute and fundamental to the American Way.

It's just a plant, relax. This isnt Little Shop of Horrors.
