Join a participatory discussion on the opportunities and challenges in building a multi-ethnic, multi-racial people-of-color movement in the US where we learn from each others' histories of resistance to capitalism, white supremacy and colonialism. This afternoon discussion will break down criminalization and the ways it impacts our different communities as people of color, queers, and immigrants.

Presenters from Critical Resistance, Committee for the Defense of Human Rights (working to defend the San Francisco 8/ former Black Panthers), American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, Deporte de la Migra and the Women's Collective of the San Francisco Day Labor Program will share their strategies to help spark conversation.
