THE RE-ACTION: THE DAY AFTER THE VOTE
(likely) SATURDAY, MARCH 24
FUNERAL PROCESSION TO CAMP PELOSI -
To mourn for the thousands that will be killed or injured in the next two
years as as our Congress continues funding this war and occupation.
(This action will take place even if Nancy Pelosi does not get the 218 votes
necessary to pass the bill.....we are responding to Nancy's vote for more funding)


Where: Meet at Alta Plaza Park, near the corner of Scott and Jackson St.


When/What: The day after the vote. (Saturday?)
5:30pm Gather at Alta Plaza Park
6:00pm Press Conference (15 minutes)
6:15pm Funeral Procession to Nancy Pelosi's house (3 blocks from Alta Plaza Park/steep hills)
Culminating in a Die-In/Civil disobedience action at Camp Pelosi.


How/What to bring: Encourage black clothing to symbolize our grief and a touch of pink to support CodePink.
(pink ribbon, armband, button, etc.)
Other ways to bring death to Nancy's doorstep:
White mask or white face, Coffins of all sizes, Any signs or visuals to show the suffering that comes with funding this war.
Musical instruments....with a somber message.
