Barry McGuire and the New Christy Minstrels are back and are doing a benefit concert for the organization Restore Hetch Hetchy on May 9 at 7:30pm at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. Barry McGuire won acclaim during the Vietnam War for his top selling "Eve of Destruction". Barry has updated "Eve of Destruction" from The Vietnam Era to The Iraq Era and offers a powerful and emotional rendition of this classic anti-war song.
