The reason I placed this in the San Francisco area is to show an example of police state terrorism as it exists across the entire United States.

These criminal practices by police are not limited to the southern New Jersey area and need to be identified and shared across the nation each time they occur.

As well,this freak may be lurking outside of other peoples houses which is a dangerous possibility.

This man needs to be identified and dealt with before something happens to him or someone else.
