Lennar Corp. defies reason and logic and continues to pollute the environment

Mayor Gavin Newsom is fully cognizant of the fact that he has to protect the Environment and more the constituents of San Francisco. He is doing nothing much on Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Lennar Corp. wants to build 1800 homes in the middle of Chernobyl.

Mayor Gavin Newsom should have been fully informed about the Super Fund site and the dangerous pollutants - many radiological in nature in and around Parcel A. Again and again Mayor Gavin Newsom has failed the constituents of San Francisco by failing to do his real job.

Lennar Corp. has been issued too many Notice of Violation by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the Navy, Department of Toxic and Substances Control, the Navy, and even the SF Redevelopment Agency ( the most corrupt Agency) expressed shock several times - when it clearly stated that the Parcel A project - and the crushing of Serpertine Rock that produces ASBESTOS dust - was adversely impacting hundreds of innocent people - in and around Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Two weeks ago I went to investigate Parcel A and was shocked how the project was being handled by the sub-contractor. I did that 3 days ago and nothing has changed. Very little watering was being done to keep the dust down and the crushing rock as part of the grading of the land - sent clouds of very dangerous and harmful asbestos dust into the air.

Close by the Artists use a studio, there are businesses on Hunters Point and the employees and others are all exposed to the Asbestos Dust.

The heavy duty machinery are old and very polluting. Added to the Asbestos Dust are the dangerous particulates emitted into the air by the heavy duty machinery used to crush the rock.
The many trucks plying the area and move back and forth - spewing toxic particulates into the air.

There is no stringent monitoring. The BAAQMD and one Wee Lee an Inspector and many more know what is happening. The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) knows what is happening. Mayor Gavin Newsom knows what is happening.

The Department of Environment talks Green but does nothing about this issue and other issues that are polluting and adversely impacting Parcel A and the surrounding area. They talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. They have no enforcement clout.

Michael Cohen knows what is happening on Parcel A. Jessie Blout knows what is happening. Amy Brownell knows what is happening. Dr. Rajiv Bhatia knows what is happening. Dr. Katz knows what is happening. They all have BLOOD on their hands.

In the mean time Mayor Gavin Newsom thinks that he can force the Navy to do a Early Transfer and clean the Shipyard. It will cost $3 Billion to do a good job. The City does not have the money. In the mean time the Mayor's term will run out - but he will have left this City with a mess on their hands. Mayor Gavin Newsom is bad news - you folks have heard nothing yet.

The 49ers will never, ever come to San Francisco and participate in any Stadium Building. We do not need a Stadium for the 10 or so games played - at great expense and with no money and need transportation in place. Added to that Parking.

Lennar. Corp has hired a weasel Kofi Bonner the same individual that built a shopping mall over the Shellmounds in Emeryville - to create project all over the place and that includes the area around Candlestick Park.

Lennar Corp is into Land Banking - and Land Banking equals Greed. Lennar Corp. used thugs and is known to have connections with dubious organization such as some cartels.

Three times Kofi Bonner has heard the complaints from decent people at the SFRA Commission hearing - I am sure he has heard many more complaints. Nothing is being done - because Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies are backing the crooks NOT to follow rules and regulations.

Powerful forces such as Nancy Pelosi and others have a hand in the Cumulative Pollution of San Francisco and Parcel A in particular. Representatives, Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein have not said one single word about Lennar Corp. and the pollution. Their offices have been informed but nothing much is being done. How can anyone put their trust in such trash.

60 Minutes is looking into doing a nice story - perhaps then the walls will fall down and a can of worms exposed. I hope this is done soon.

No good will ever come linked to any projects on Hunters Point. The Shellmounds, the Sacred Burial Grounds of the Ohlone, the First People of San Francisco, were desecrated by the Navy and others. This continues to this day.

The land was not only stolen but it was desecrated.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is very busy with his extra curricula activities. He is busy with Spin - working with the media to spread disinformation.

Time and again he uses Bait and Switch to create some news that is full of misinformation.

Mayor Gavin Newsom continues to lie - while the Main Media - turns a blind eye to the adverse impacts on Parcel A. Not one single major newspaper has done an investigative reporting - most of them are paid or on the take by Lennar Corp.

The children from the Muhammad University at 195 Kiska Road were constantly bombarded by Asbestos dust. The children belong to the Nation of Islam. The Nation of Islam is not taking the matter lightly - I hope the Nation of Islam sues Lennar Corp.

The City and County of San Francisco is Racist. Mayor Gavin Newsom is Racist.

Lennar Corp. must be sent packing away form San Francisco and into oblivion.

The SF Health Department continues to turn a blind eye working with dubious organizations such as Arc Ecology who is not from the Community. Saul Bloom lives in Marin County and is paid over $400,000 a year to do outreach. The City uses such sell out to harm the community. The City Controller should look into this matter. So should the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

It is a real shame what is happening in and around the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
