Alert for Mendocino County DA Race
by Steve Kubby
Please help us elect Keith Faulder as the new DA for Mendocino County.
Keith currently serves as the Assistant DA for Mendocino County and
is endorsed by former Mendo Sheriff, Tony Craver who says:
"If the people elect Keith Faulder to work with Tom Allman, the good
things that Norm Vroman and I accomplished will only be made better.”
To give you an idea of why we are excited about Keith Faulder,
consider this: Keith undertook, on his own initiative as the acting
DA (after Norm Vroman's death) to send a letter to the State AG
asking for opinion on Measure G having force of law (for medical
marijuana grow limits county policy). Keith researched and prepared
the AG letter on his own. It was HIS IDEA. So before being elected
or promised our support, Keith has already gone to bat for the
medical marijuana community in a way that has not previously taken
place, and he did it ON HIS OWN INITIATIVE. He was not pushed,
prodded, suggested to or anything on this particular matter. It also
shows the quality of legal mind that he brings to bear not only in
our area of special interest but also as a general job qualification
and an indicator of his open attitude.
The special election for Mendo DA is April 3rd. Keith faces a
candidate who is much better financed and is NOT a friend to medical
marijuana. Your help could prove critical to this important
campaign. We urgently need a friend and a leader, like Keith
Faulder, to educate and reform the DA's of California.

In early November, Faulder was acting DA. Parents and teachers at our school were gathering protest letters against a minimart 400 feet from our school which has applied to sell beer and wine from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Keith told me on the phone that he would enter a protest. He did not do so.
Norm Vroman with Keith as his deputy DA dismantled programs that helped people who suffered from domestic violence. Norms office spent forfeiture money on fancy automatic weapons.
Meredith Lintott is a far better candidate. She will revive programs that worked with community organizations to prevent crime and prevent domestic violence.

Yes, Keith is the marijuana candidate. If your only issue on earth is marijuana, Keith is your man. Meanwhile, spousal abuse, gangs, murder, elder abuse and crime just keep on happening.
We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
