Public Housing by Candlestick Stadium is Alice Griffith Public Housing

The City and County of San Francisco would like to take over Public Housing but its own house is in a mess.

Alice Griffith is Public Housing that should be addressed first by HUD, then by the SF Housing Authority but not by the City and County of San Francisco.

And for sure not by Mayor Gavin Newsom. Mayor Gavin Newsom has lied and is now using some gimmick to address an issue that he does not understand fully.

Alice Griffith is prone to liquefaction and flooding from Global Warming and Climate Change.

The area is also one of the worst toxic hot spots and needs abatement. All this cost money - and the City and County of San Francisco does not have it. A general estimate is around $1 billion.

So, now we have some so called experts jumping on the band wagon trying to praise the "Lying Mayor" that he indeed knows what he is talking about.

Well, Art Agnos will teach him a thing or two - but wait for Art Agnos to be appointed and given the title of "receivership" to the SF Housing Authority by the Court. This will happen very soon.

Right now the land is Federal Land and one just cannot "dream" that they can take over Federal Land.

If so we could have tried with the Presidio of San Francisco - but we will not because of Diane Feinstein, George Schultz, Richard Blum, Don Fisher, and many other filthy rich folks.

Now, move on to land near and dear to poor folks and the City and County of San Francisco and its fake ass Mayor - will speak of designs that this City can ill afford but more does not have the ability to maintain less attain.

We have over 450 toxic hot spots in and around Alice Griffith, Oakdale, Hunters Point Public Housing. The clean up is the responsibility of the SF City and County of San Francisco. I have not heard Whites talk about this - requested the Mayor to clean up his act and these toxic hot spots.

Not once do you hear Mayor Gavin Newsom talking about cleaning up these dangerous toxic hot spots that adversely affect - thousands of people. Including the area around Candlestick Park and the State Park which was built on a garbage dump!

Not once has Mayor Gavin Newsom admonished the SF Health Department with its $1 Billion budget to address the health issues affecting the poor by Alice Griffith and Oakdale Public Housing.

Now, suddenly the Mayor wants the SF City to buy Federal property to build homes and to help most non-profits who have recently been trying to make in roads to build housing.

Nothing good comes from Mayor Gavin Newsom. And nothing good comes from those folks - mostly White that have done little over the last 15 years to address the real issues facing Alice Griffith Public Housing and Oakdale Public Housing - both in very close proximity to Candlestick Park.

SF Housing Authority for years has been known as a corrupt Agency. This much before Greg Fortner was chosen as Director. I have nothing against Greg Fortner.

Most of the Public Housing we are talking about was built by the Department of Defense - and all of it was never built to be permanent.

SF City and County of San Francisco has many arrangements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with the SF Housing Authority and with HUD.

Most of those benefiting the poor that live in public housing have been broken - broken promises that have adversely impacted the poor.

MOU linked to electricity and tied to the Raiker Act.

Maintenance agreement linked to Health and Public Safety.

The role of the SF Housing Authority Commission.

The role of Mayor of SF, City Department Heads, the City Administrator, the Board of Supervisors.

The role of the Chief of Police and Safety in public housing. A number of other pertinent issues - all of which have fallen on deaf ears.

The SF Department of Inspection could have taken the lead years ago.

The SF Health Department could have done its job. The Congressperson Nancy Pelosi and Senator Diane Feinstein could have played a role. But all these dumb, jackasses have failed the people.

One must remember Gavin Newsom belongs to this GANG. Nothing good comes from them.

We must find a model where the poor people own homes and not live in high rises. No tax increment model must adversely impact the poor and those that live in and around public housing now.

Good homes with nice back yards are the dream of some non-profits with backing from greedy developers. Sophie Maxwell is in bed with these mostly White Folks even though her ass is Black.

We do not want filthy rich scum bags living in homes built on homes that are demolished - where once stood Public Housing. Where once poor folks died, suffered, and live in misery hoping to live in peach and have some decency in the future.

Giving it all to rich folks and folks like Lennar Corp. who are into Land Banking trying to make in roads and accommodate some non-profits is not the right thing to do or reflect upon.

That will not happen - if any move is made - those that are watching will react in a manner never ever seen in the history of San Francisco. Enough is enough.

We saw SF Redevelopment and stopped it in its track. Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies are for SF Redevelopment.

We saw the Better Neighborhood Plus Plan and fought it. We killed it and it lingered for years.

We see the Amendment to the General Plan and we will fight it. It come before the Land Use this week for review.

We see fake policies, ordinances, resolutions linked to Land Use and know the jackals behind this ploy. We will fight it. The Asians are coming to fight these fake policies in droves.

We see the ploy and the "dreaming" Gavin Newsom trying to harm the poor and we will stop him in his tracks. This is not a like to his extra curricula activities and his fooling around and messing around and swimming in a cesspool. That is fine and dandy when it comes to his private life and his private doings. Do not mess with the public at large and especially the poor.

Some talk the talk but they cannot walk the walk. In recent months non-profits linked to Housing are faking it with dubious intentions - we are watching them - very closely.
