A marked police car was vandalized at the Scotts Valley Sports Center on Friday night, according to the Scotts Valley Police Department.
A marked police car was vandalized at the Scotts Valley Sports Center on Friday night, according to the Scotts Valley Police Department.
The incident happened at 8:10 p.m., while an officer was assigned to the sports center for the Friday night hockey games. Inside the sports center, a couple of male juveniles smashed the windshield of the parked patrol car and dented the passenger side of the car by kicking it, police said.
The suspects fled the scene on foot. They were described as approximately 14 years old, 5 feet to 5 feet 3 inches tall, one white and one Latino, police said.
