Sophie Maxwell is clueless - short changing Bayview Hunters Point

Some weeks ago Sophie Maxwell the District 10 Supervisor who has jurisdiction over the Bayview Hunters Point as a Supervisor - introduced a Resolution directly before the SF Board of Supervisors (BOS) without first having a meaningful dialog with the community.

The Resolution would have impacted the poor folks from Alice Griffith public housing in the Bayview Hunters Point - very near Candlestick Park.

Sophie did not even care to have a meaningful dialog with the Land Use and Economic Committee - where it should should have been addressed. The dumb, inept, and very arrogant Sophie Maxwell has been burning the community again, and again, and again.

I can fully understand this woman who has never been to college and failed her exams in San Francisco when she applied to become an Electrician. She had to go to Oakland and pass some flimsy exams years ago to become a lousy electrician.

One can observe her and find out for themselves when she talks her ability to comprehend simple concepts. At this time - this woman is on the take - she is a lame duck Supervisor who has no clue the damage she is doing to her community.

Some weeks ago she brought a Resolution before the SF BOS. The Resolution sought the demolishing of Alice Griffith - "low" and "no income" housing. Sophie's main reason to accomodate
Lennar Corp.

Lennar Corp. is into Land Banking and out to fleece poor folks and build homes on Brown Fields - better known as sites that are polluted.

The area around Candlestick Park is polluted. It is not far from Alice Griffith low income public housing. Sophie wants to make room for Lennar Corp. and out the door goes poor folks that need help most.

Lennar Corp. wants to build 6500 homes and some other shopping malls - great plans without any meaningful dialog with the community. The Bayview Hunters Point has rejected Sophie Maxwell. Her constituents from Potrero Hill mostly White support this inept woman.

Two days ago Sophie introduced two measures before the SF Planning Commission. Both items with faulty language. One dealt with Rezoning and the other with demolition of units.

Both items were shot down by some Bayview Hunters Point residents - who had to spend hours before the SF Planning Commission to shoot down the faulty proposals that Sophie Maxwell brings before the SF Planning again and again.

Sophie Maxwell fails to understand that the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) has been stopped in its tracks. The matter is in court because we collected 33,200 signatures to stop SFRA.

SFRA wanted to take the residents of the Bayview Hunters for a ride but those constituents that signed the petition - knew exactly what they were signing because they were well informed - at least had more knowledge on the subject and issues then the dumb, inept, and very arrogant Sophie Maxwell.

Under Sophie Maxwell term in office more youth have been killed.

Under Sophie Maxwell more folks mostly Black have been evicted and left the Bayview Hunters Point - only to live in the SROs on Sixth Street and in the Tenderloin (TL).

Under Sophie Maxwell the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point have more health and safety issues that have not been addressed.

One of them are the 450 toxic hot spots that have to be cleaned. The City have the responsibility to clean these hot spots. What is Sophie Maxwell doing about this?

Sophie Maxwell is a joke and a disgrace to San Francisco.

Main media, mainly White journalists have no idea about the damage this woman is creating in the Bayview Hunters Point. She is on the take and does not care for her constituents.

Constituents, that telephone her office never have their telephone calls returned.

Sophie Maxwell, does not have the guts to meet her constituents. She will lie to carry on her faulty Resolutions again and again and introduce them directly at the SF Board of Supervisors - with any meaningful dialog with the community.

Sophie Maxwell, has been trying to bring the Summer Olympics. She failed. She really thought that the Olympic Village could be place in the middle of a Superfund Site.

Only the worse of the worst polluted sites such as Hunters Point Naval Shipyard are called Superfund Sites.

Sophie Maxwell thinks the 49ers will come back and that she can some how acomodate them at Candlestick Park. This will never happen.

There is not one thing that Sophie Maxwell has done right - besides, exposing her ignorance and lack of being educated on issues.

It is just a matter of time before she will be recalled - there is always a third time - and this time she will learn her lesson for good. You heard it first here.
