This is a message of solidarity for the unjustly imprisoned media activist and journalist Josh Wolf. It is my opinion that Josh Wolf is being unjustly incarcerated by order of the war-happy GW Bush regime because Josh is/was an effective media presence at SF protest events. Josh's skills with the camera ensured that anti-war and anti-globalization protesters get their voices heard accurately and fairly, as yet unseen by corporate media networks..

For this reason, the GW Bush regime sees Josh as a serious threat to his continuous stream of deceit and lies and feels safer if Josh remains behind bars. However, Josh being behind bars makes the world overall less safer, as he is an outspoken critic of the GW Bush regime's destructive policies in Iraq, Iran and elsewhere..

We demand the release of Josh Wolf from prison and immediate restoration of all his human and civil rights as a US citizen. There is no legal reason to imprison a 24 year old journalist over a broken taillight on a police car. The footage that Josh had didn't show the incident anyway, so why bother to hold him in prison? In the hopes that he'll identify random protesters caught on camera? That is NOT how the US Constitution works, good thing that we're not operating under the Saudi Arabian Royal Decree yet, eh George W??

For a US president who extols the virtues of US democracy, this stunt of false imprisonment of Josh Wolf feels more like Nazi controlled Germany than any true democracy where the people decide, not a third generation oligarch (yes, we remember grandpa Prescott Bush's funding of Hitler also) who calls himself the "decider" despite him not being elected in a fair election..

Remember how quickly we forgot about the stolen election in FL following the tragedy of 9/11. How conveeenient for GW Bush!!

At least Hugo Chavez was elected by popular vote!!

To sum up; Josh Wolf is falsely imprisoned in the greater "green scare" war on activists of all stripes, specifically those who take non-violent direct action as Josh Wolf does with his camera. We trace this war on truth in journalism to the GW Bush regime and their architects (ie. Karl Rove) of dungeons of deceit..

We will not rest until Josh Wolf is freed! Hearts filled with love of truth and justice are stronger than prisons of deceit, hatred and fear!!
