new mailing address for Stephanie Landa

I wanted to let everyone know that today's mail from Stephanie Landa carries
the good news that she has gotten out of solitary and has been given a bed!

As I understand it, the warden (Schelia Clark) officially acknowledges the
"repair work" being done in the kitchen, but claims that inspections have
not confirmed that there is black mold in the kitchen or the dorms of the
prison. The warden maintains that all food served in Stephanie's camp is
perfectly safe and comes from another kitchen, and denies the environmental
hazards that Stephanie has described.

Stephanie, however, is not convinced...but for now she's happy simply to
have a bed.

Even though Stephanie's conditions have improved slightly, she is still in a
bad situation, and your letters and your advocacy on her behalf are
extremely important.

I have been inspired by all of the concern over her welfare -- thank you
very much!
