Axis of Love San Francisco is Putting a Call out to all Medical Marijuana Patients, Disability Activists, Aids Activists and Our Allies in San Francisco to Come and Protest the IMMENSE Increase in the FEE for a State Medical Marijuana Card by Over $125 bucks – to close to $200 dollars. Ross Mirkarimi has put a resolution to reinstate the city card program that would cost 25-50 bucks. It is facing an uphill battle.

Calling all the allies of the crips, disabled folks, PWAs, survivors of cancer, vets- come on out hippies, anarchists, libertarians and dykes, queers and freaks....

Where Is the Love?

Come to San Francisco General Hospital on Valentine's Day to show support for the reinstating of the City Medical Marijuana Card Program in the face of an enormous fee hike in the state card program. The cards are necessary to enter the dispensaries and hold and smoke medical marijuana "legally" in CA. But given that many patients live under the poverty level and cannot afford both the doctors visit and the card this hike will criminalize the poor. So the homeless in Golden Gate Park cannot access the dispensaries. So the folks on SSI might go to jail....

When: Valentine's Day- February 14th at noon.
Where- The Love Statue at San Francisco General Hospital
The number 9, 33, 24 and 48 buses will take you there,

We will bring fair trade chocolate for everyone!!!!!!!!

Let the Love Children of San Francisco rise again!

Let the ghosts of the AIDS activists who died while working on prop 215 walk among us, whispering-"Have some freakin heart"

And remember- 30,000 vets are coming back from that damn war- wounded. with a system that will not take care of them- with PTSD, amputations, spinal cord injuries-

We all owe them something.

In Love and Rage,
Naomi Graffiti
