Save the date for Fry & Schafer!

Hello All,

I have received several emails inquiring about Dr. Mollie Fry and Dale
Schafer's last court appearance as well as their upcoming trial date, so I
thought I would send the information out to the lists.

The trial is scheduled to begin on July 31st, 2007, but there will be a
trial confirmation hearing with Judge Damrell before that -- on June 22nd at
10am on the 15th floor of 501 I Street in downtown Sacramento.

The trial date was set during last week's court appearance, at which time
Judge Damrell also denied all of the defense's motions. Follow the link
