The Great Viagra Spill

Came across this link to a short one minute video called the Great Viagra Spill. OUTRAGIOUS!!!!!

What I want to know is how they got this GIANT joke passed the final design inspectors without them catching on to the giant pecker. It can't be an OOPS either, they even have it penetrating the I 35 split. Sure puts the "D" in Dixie!
You know the designer laughed over this one for ages!
