Local Patient/Caregiver and former Owner/Operator of North County Medical Caregivers Delivery Service "Edward Lugan" goes on trial the 24Th of this month. He will be facing charges of transportation and sales for providing safe access to local patients in the County. If you are in the area and have time then please come out and show some Court Support for a local patient that has sacrificed SO much and is now fighting for his own freedom. Stand up for your RIGHTS!
