South Bay Vigils to Commemorate 3,000th US Death in Iraq
Who: You! Everyone is invited to participate!
What: A candlelight vigil to commemorate the continuing sacrifice of US military personnel's lives in order to advance the on-going genocidal slaughter of over ONE MILLION IRAQI CIVILIANS by the hands of the US military.
Where: The corner of Winchester Blvd and Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose
When: 5:00pm - 7:00pm, Monday, January 1
How: Come one, come all, by foot, by bicycle, by bus and by car.
Why: Each of us can always choose who we want to be, who we want to become, in the face of our government's war profiteering, corruption, genocidal slaughter, and the plundering of other people's resources. Choose well my friends and the inner peace you find, you can share with others.

The US has killed over 2.5% of the Iraqi population since 2003.
The US has killed over 5.8% of the Iraqi population since 1991.
The US has brought it's show-trial of US-installed dictator of Iraq, Saddam Hussein, to a close by hanging him on Friday night (12/29/06).
In this show trial, there was no protection for witnesses or even defense lawyers (3 defense lawyers were assassinated during the trial).
The best the spare-no-expense show-trial prosecution was able to prove that Saddam Hussein did was kill 148 people in 1982 in Dujail. Why is that?
The Dictator Saddam Hussein certainly committed far worse crimes than that.
Could it be that digging too deep would reveal the US' well known support for Saddam during his worst atrocities?
If killing 148 people deserves a public hanging, then what does killing 654,965 innocent Iraqi civilians deserve?
Bush has killed over 654,965 Iraqi civilians (2.5% of Iraq) just since 2003!
