US vs. George W. Bush et al: Former Federal Prosecutor Drafts Indictment Against the President

The various indictment and impeachment proposals of Bush & Cheney must start with the election fraud of 2000, proceed to the 9/11 Inside Job, continue with the illegal attacks on Afghanistan and Iraq, enhance the election fraud indictment with the same in 2004, and include the entire domestic front, including the destruction of New Orleans with malice aforethought, the attacks on the right to a safe & legal abortion guaranteed by Roe v. Wade (the law of the land), the attacks on the public school system with No Child Left Behind and all other private profit testing programs that push the workingclass out of school before graduation, all attacks on labor unions which are done routinely with malice aforethought, all support of the death penalty which constitutes a crime against humanity. The list must also include all support of the use of depleted uranium (Iraq & Afghanistan), napalm and white phosphorous (given to the US military base, Israel, to use in Lebanon and I believe Israel's use of cluster bombs in Lebanon paid for with US tax dollars is also illegal) and used by US in Iraq all of which is illegal by international law, the promotion of torture, false imprisonment, denial of lawyers, immediate charges, habeas corpus, secret prisons ,the continued existence of Guantanamo prison and all other concentration camps. This is the short list. ANY INDICTMENT MUST INCLUDE THE ELECTION FRAUD IN 2000 AND 2004 AND THE 9/11 INSIDE JOB. If these 2 charges are not included, the case is weak, and not much different from Bill Clinton's 13 year sanctions and almost weekly bombings of Iraq, Clinton's use of depleted uranium and bombings of Yugoslavia, etc. Clinton is just as much a war criminal as Bush & Cheney because of Clinton's actions and should have been indicted for these things, but Bush's crimes have taken US imperialism to greater depths of depravity as it beomces more desperate to maximize profits.

If you indicted the Bush/Cheney White House for Iraq War Crimes and all the other White House crimes (treason,terrorism,fraud,theft etc.) that went hand in hand with it - then you'd have to also indict the entire US Govt including the elite of the Democrtic Party who aided & abeted Bush at every turn in this war and also the members of the US Supreme Court who aided & abeted the Iraq War by supporting and endorcing Bush's criminal actions and also by blocking and refusing to hear any legal challenges that would have stopped Bush's illegal instigation and perpetration of that war!

The bottom line is that there is no powerful or official authority in Washington DC or in the entire USA who is going to indict and prosecute Bush and his "Pro Iraq War" US Govt. for any of their hideous,mind boggling crimes!
